Return Policy – Appointments

At Retail Shop Demo, we value your time and ours. Please review our appointment return and cancellation policy:

Non-Refundable: Appointments are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in special circumstances or at salon discretion.

Cancellation Fee: If an appointment is canceled, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from any refund granted under special consideration.

Final Sale: Missed or no-show appointments are treated as final sale and are not eligible for a refund.

Processing Time: Approved refunds to debit or credit cards may take 3–5 business days to process.

Return Policy – Products

We want you to love your products from [Salon Name]. Please note:

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method.

Opened products may be returned within 7 days in like-new condition for store credit only.

Defective products may be exchanged or handled at salon discretion.

Final sale items cannot be returned.

Returns must be brought back to the salon or shipped at the customer’s expense.

Refunds to debit/credit cards process within 3–5 business days.
